What types of Registration options do you offer?

  • 1 Month Session: You can sign up for the month’s session with options of either 5 Days/week or 3 Days/week.
  • Drop-in-Class: You can drop in to any class that you would like in to any class for $33 per class. Read More
  • Online Training Program Add-on: You can add on to the 3 day Boot Camp sessions with a Online Training option. We custom design your exercise regimen for days off from boot camp so that you can keep up with and accelerate your weight loss program.
  • NUTRITIONAL DESIGN & COACHING: Includes weekly shopping lists, food journal, daily meal plans, eating out plans (Italian, chinese, mexican etc), step by step /word for word WHAT AND HOW TO EAT to lose weight. Forget the personal chef, this is the economical alternative!
  • Boot Camp Membership Change your body, your mind and your entire outlook on life. Choose from our Gold (6 Month) or Platinum (12 Month) packages.
