Boot Camp Program Description
Gay Men’s Boot Camp is a four-week outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Fitness Trainers, Laura Miranda and Luke Lombardo. Each day, camp will be one hour in length starting at 6:00am.
What can I expect to achieve from boot camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The program that we have specifically formulated for men is designed to tighten your chest and arms, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina like it’s nobodies business. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you’ll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, in our team environment you’ll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.
What if am out of shape and haven’t worked out in months?
GMBC is not about being better than anyone else, it’s about being better than you were YESTERDAY. This program is made up of everyone from guys that haven’t seen a gym in 5 years, to those looking for change from the boring gym routine, to seasoned athletes. Each guy is worked to his personal potential. Men of all ages and abilities are encouraged and welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others motivation and willingness to change their life.
Where is BOOT CAMP held?
West Village, NYC – We are on the Christopher Street Pier (Pier 45) just off the west side highway on the Hudson River.
What types of exercises are included in the program?
Gay Men’s Boot Camp exercises include: team training environment with sport specific exercises, high intensity interval training, core conditioning, obstacle courses, short distance running (less than one mile), jumping rope, fitness boxing, circuit training, and more!
What types of registration options do you offer?
- 1 MONTH PROGRAM: You can sign up for the month’s session of HIIT training outdoors under the morning sun 3 days-a-week.
- DROP-IN CLASS: Can’t commit or want to check out the class before you join? You can drop in to any class that you would like during the session. Only $33 per class. Drop In
- ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING: train privately with our top trainers of Gay Mens Boot Camp on your own time, in a 1on1 setting.
Can I join even if the session has already started?

How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every day Monday/Wednesday/Friday for one hour during the four-week program. Camp starts at 6am and ends at 7am.
When does the next Gay Men’s BOOT CAMP Start?
Are there showers and locker rooms available?
Since we are not affiliated with a gym facility, we do not offer locker rooms and showers. However there are many gyms close by that you may already be a member of. Most men either go home to shower or go straight to the gym to shower and get ready for work.
What do I need to bring to class?
A Water bottle, running shoes and 10 or 15 lb dumbbells. Now I know you are a manly-man and are super strong. But the types of exercises that we do will have your muscles screaming with 10lbs. Trust me.
Is there a place to leave my stuff while I am exercising?
Yes you will always be within eyesight of your things while working out on the Pier.
Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being; ie you will feel better about yourself almost immediately! In addition, you will meet great men who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!
What make Gay Men’s Boot Camp different from all of the other boot camps I see out there?
We are a non military-style boot camp and the gay men’s desire to look hot, make it happen fast, and hang out with like-minded guys in the process.
What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Registration is just $359. Pricing is for 3 Days a Week for a total of 4 Weeks. Where else can you get premiere cutting-edge fitness instruction for such an incredible price? Personal trainers can typically charge $90 to $150 per hour for their services – this is an insane opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer/accountability coach for just a fraction of the cost.
