How do I sign up?register for boot camp NOW!

Go to the registration pageand fill out the registration form. After filling out the registration form, please follow the payment instructions. We accept cash, check or you can pay via credit card securely and online. Once we’ve received your registration information, we will forward you over a welcome packet via email. The Pre Camp Evaluation will take place before and after class during the first three days of boot camp.

What is the Pre Camp Evaluation?

We take a few measurements of your body in order to get some baseline info. Then, at the end of camp we again record this information in order to see just how much your body has changed.

What do I need to bring to camp?

You will need to bring one set 10 or 15lb dumbbells. You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Optional items are a towel to dry off with and gloves or mittens during cooler months. Dress in a layered fashion…even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast!

What if I sign up for the three-day plan and then want to do more days of the camp?

After starting camp, many women realize how fun and convenient it is so they request to sign up for more days. In addition, they realize that the more days they attend camp the greater the results. In these situations, you will simply be pro-rated from the point you decide to join us for more days.

Will I be sore sometimes?

Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you improve!


What kinds of people go to camp?

They are people just like you. Guys from all walks of fitness life  join boot camp. You aer likely to see everyone  from those who needs a KICK START back into their fitness program to seasoned gym rats who are looking for a new way to challenge their bodies.    Some exercise experience is needed to ensure your safety and a better flow of class.

Is there a refund policy?

If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date. However we will charge a $75.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp. This credit is nontransferable. Credit is not given toward private fitness training. There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable.

How soon will I see results?

Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It’s becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 pant sizes within the first camp. Remember, everyone is different and proper nutrition has a very big impact on your overall results.

What do we do if it rains?

If it is raining on the morning of camp you will head over to our indoor rain location that is only 3 short blocks from the Pier. We will never make you workout in the rain.

What is a typical day like at camp?

more abs!That’s difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect some light running, weight training, obstacle courses, core training and jumping rope each week. On certain days, we will take a field trip to a different location. It’s always an adventure, and you’ll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and “core stability.”

What will I do after camp is over?

As much as 80% of campers typically return for a second and even third camp. During the 2 weeks off in-between boot camp sessions many men opt  to train “online” with Laura’s Personal Program Design. You will be able to keep up the intensity of the boot camp on your own in order to improve your results. With this program you will receive daily workouts complete with videos and instruction you will be able to take with you to the gym or the park. Read more…
