Laura grew up in Baldwin, Long Island and now resides in Battery Park City, NYC. She has been involved in competitive athletics since the age of 7. It was a result of extensive rehabilitation for a potentially career ending knee injury in high school that lead Laura to pursue a career in sports medicine. She earned a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of South Carolina. During that time Laura Miranda became a Certified Personal Trainer (ACE) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) specializing in collegiate athletes as well as heading up the Geriatric Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Program at USC. Laura is also a graduate of Hunter College in New York City with a Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy, and currently a doctoral candidate at Arcadia University.
By trade, Laura is a Physical Therapist and fitness trainer. By mission, she helps people achieve next level greatness.
Laura holds a unique niche in the field of health and wellness by combining her complex understanding of human movement as a Physical Therapist with her knowledge of fitness and nutrition as Personal Trainer and Integrated Performance Coach. She and her programs have been featured on the WB 11 Morning News and NY1 and in print in Crain’s, Time Out, Viv Magazine, Best of Gay New York, Edge, Village Voice, Daily News, Newsday, AM New York, Metro, NY Sun, Explore LI, and the Long Island Herald. Laura emphasizes the importance of both physiological and psychological balance in pursuit of achieving goals for the body as well as for life. “The body cannot run at 100% capacity until the brain doing the same.”
Laura is also the creator/founder of Strong Healthy Woman, a uber successful boot camp program for busy women in NYC & Long Island. She is a professional speaker at fortune 500 companies and elite level athletic programs.

Luke Lombardo, (Aka Lucas Paul) is in LOVE with fitness. Growing up in a very athletic background, Lucas was involved in running, volleyball, gymnastics, swimming, soccer, and cycling from a very young age. Currently Lucas is a competitive marathon runner and has aspirations of becoming an IronMan.

My goal is to simply give people the desire to train hard by instilling the competitive athlete drive in them that propels them to WANT to workout and to ENJOY every moment of it, which ultimately will make them happier, healthier, and in rockstar shape!”
